Meet the people who both teach and run KTK!

VANSHIKA KUMAR
CEO
Vanshi is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. She’s a part of many of her school’s language clubs (ASL, French, Korean), does Speech and Debate and is in Model UN. They also occasionally write for Window Seat, AB’s literary and art club. Her prior teaching experience primarily comes from teaching art skills through a local Indian organization. She’s also supported AFEC (A Future for Every Child) as an emcee for a concert to raise funds for young adults coming out of the foster care system. She believes the best way to teach is to learn how to bring out the best in every unique individual.

AYAAN GARG
ISABELLA HILL
Isabella is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. She is Editor-In-Chief of her school newspaper, The Spectrum, where she oversees and manages a team of editors and writers. Prior to this, she was the Op-Ed Editor, where she wrote and edited Op-Ed articles. She is also a contributor for Boxborough News, her local newspaper, where she launched and currently oversees their newsletter and social media platforms. She is published in a variety of literary magazines and has received several awards. She loves working with preschool and elementary-aged children and looks forward to helping children learn through KTK!

Ayaan is a freshman at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In his spare time, he likes to play tennis and learn new math concepts. He also loves to code and plays the viola in his school orchestra. He has participated in numerous math-related state competitions. Whenever his classmates are stuck, Ayaan is always willing to help. He is looking forward to helping others learn new things!


CHELSEA ZHOU

Chelsea is a freshman at the University of Pittsburgh and enjoys teaching math and science. In her free time, she swims competitively for her club team as well as the high school team, plays in the AB band, and works at a nearby store. She hopes our students learn a lot and enjoy our courses!

MARIEL TAN
Mariel is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. She loves to learn languages and travel around the world. She also swims for her swim club and high school swim team during the school year. She loves to make and edit websites and is the creator and manager of the high school swim and dive team website. In her free time, Mariel enjoys listening to music, watching foreign media, and baking. She is passionate about learning different languages and cultures and looks forward to sharing this knowledge at KTK!

Julia, a freshman at Cornell University, teaches English, history, and science. Since beginning to teach in the summer of 2020, Julia has grown to love interacting with students. Outside of KTK Acton, Julia relaxes through swimming, playing the flute, reading novels, and listening to music.

ANUSHA NAIK
Instructor
Anusha is a junior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In her free time she enjoys painting, reading, and attending karate lessons at her dojo. She is a member of her school’s Speech and Debate Team, as well as The Spectrum newspaper. She looks forward to helping KTK students fulfill their potential and learn more about their favorite subjects!

SAANVI RAI
Instructor
Saanvi, a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High school, is a dedicated learner with an interest for mathematics, art, swimming and piano. She finds joy in problem-solving and exploring new mathematical concepts. When not immersed in the digital world, Saanvi's artistic spirit comes alive through drawing and piano. With a love for being an educator, she takes pleasure in teaching others and sharing her knowledge. With a curious mind, Saanvi dreams of a future where her diverse passions converge to positively impact the world around her.

TINGHAN WANG
Instructor
Tinghan is a freshman at Emory University. She loves working with kids, and has volunteered at a preschool before, as well as hosted workshops for middle schoolers. She looks forward to working with your children!

YICHENG ZHANG
Instructor
Yicheng is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. She has a strong interest in science and math and has participated in a variety of STEM related clubs. She is in the USACO silver division and her team won first place in the American Computer Science League contests 2022-23 competing with over one hundred schools worldwide. In her free time, she enjoys chess, puzzles and problem solving. She is looking forward to providing her students a more engaging learning experience.

ANISH MISRO
Instructor
Anish is a freshman at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In his free time, Anish loves to play sports such as soccer and basketball, walk his dog in his local neighborhood, and listen to music. He enjoys volunteering at a local church and has participated in numerous math and science competitions. Anish often helps his peers, explaining concepts that they don't understand. He looks forward to helping kids learn and grow (while having fun) at KTK!

NICOLE YU
Instructor
Nicole is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. She enjoys baking, painting, and fencing because they allow her to fuel her creative and competitive spirit. She’s recently earned a Gold Key in the Scholastic Art and Writing Competition and snagged top spots in national tournaments. She adores working with kids, thanks to her experience as a fencing coach. She's all about turning education into an exciting adventure where curiosity is king and knowledge is a blast to discover.

WARREN ZHA
Instructor
Warren is a freshman at the Acton Boxborough Regional High School. While he may be new to the teaching scene, his enthusiasm and passion is clear in his excellence in piano and in math competitions. In his free time, he likes to play mobile games and read books, and he does both activities with zeal. Eager to gain valuable experience and make a meaningful impact, Warren will make sure that everyone will be comfortable, have fun, and learn the class material, ultimately guiding students in their academic journey.

MOLLY NORRIS

Molly is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In her free time, she enjoys reading the news and historical fiction. She is a student leader of multiple clubs at ABRHS, and she is also an elected student representative to the AB district School Committee. She is very passionate about history and hopes to share that passion with students all across the town!

Nethra Packiam is an 8th grader at RJ Grey Junior High School. She is a vibrant young girl with a love for teaching, math, and science! When she's not exploring the wonders of numbers, you'll find her playing beautiful tunes in her school orchestra with her violin or serving up aces on the tennis court. With her infectious energy and passion for learning, Nethra is always ready to inspire others through teaching.

Arya is an 8th grader at RJ Grey Junior High School. She is a math and science enthusiast, participating in various mathematics competitions and events. She also plays the flute in her school band and excels in competitive swimming. She reads, plays piano, codes and solves puzzles in her free time. Arya is interested in becoming an instructor for young students at KTK. With a passion for education, she believes in sharing knowledge with other kids, and hopes to bring fun to the learning experience.

Amelia Arya is a senior at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. She's volunteered at different schools and has taken care of younger children. She also took a course at Columbia University where she learned about understanding the business world through the lens of a luxury company, including finance, investing, marketing, and operations. She is very excited to start TAing and meeting your children!

MEGHAN LI

Meghan Li is a freshman at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In her free time, she likes to read, listen to music, and dance. Recently, she won Best of Show in the 2024 Duck Stamp Contest for Artists and, in the summer, she won the World Dance Championships with her team. During COVID-19, she and her friends held small online classes and taught skills like Spanish, dance, singing, and cooking! Meghan is looking forward to helping students learn!

Aveena is a sophomore at Acton-Boxborough Regional High School. In her free time, she enjoys playing the piano and reading. She swims for a club and is on the high school swim team during the school year as well. Her goal is to connect with younger kids, ensuring that they have a fun experience while also gaining knowledge!
